Team Builds
Volunteering for Habitat for Humanity as a group is a great way to foster team spirit, strengthen bonds between members, build trust and get to know one another better. We’ve seen teams of friends, classmates, club members and corporate employees volunteer, amongst others. No matter the group – the results are always the same… Team members leave feeling good about themselves because they’ve helped a family move toward their dream of home ownership and they’ve also learned how to work together better.

Note: As you may know, Habitat for Humanity International suggests a donation from corporate volunteer groups. Habitat for Humanity Trenton suggests a corporate donation of $2,500 for up to 10 volunteers and $5,000 for 20. This suggested donation is a very important source of financial support as we work in partnership with families in need to build and renovate decent, affordable housing.
