Habitat Trenton has a long list of equipment tools and services that it could use in its construction efforts. If you have any doubt about what to get, a Lowes or Home Depot gift card will be very much appreciated.

Equipment
• Fork truck for lifting walls and material to second floor
• 65' articulated man-lift
• Small bobcat or tracked loader
• Transit
• Gas powered diamond saw
• Electric jack hammer
• LCD projector and laptop computer for our office

Habitat Restore
Habitat is in the process of setting up a store to sell building materials. Here are a few things that we are looking for:
• Pallet truck
• Pallet racks
• Shelving units
• Display cases
• Cash registers
• Industrial lights
• Dock plate
• Pricing guns
 
Material Donations
Habitat of Trenton gladly accepts new and used building materials. New materials and tools may be used in the construction of one of our houses. Materials not suitable for use in our building program may be sold to provide funding for additional houses. We will pick up bulky items within a 20 mile radius of Trenton. If you are outside of this area, click here for a listing of other new Jersey Habitat affiliates that may be more convienent.

Due to space limitations, we are not able to accept large furniture items or appliances. It is suggested that large furniture items be donated to the Trenton Mission or Salvation Army. Habitat does not accept clothes. Please click here for a complete list of acceptable items.

Facilities
A 10,000 sq ft warehouse for storage of building materials and the development of a
ReStore where new and used building materials and furniture could be sold.

Licensed electricians and plumbers to do rough and finishing work on projects.
